Given the nature of gemstones, subtle differences in size, shape, and color are to be expected so your piece may very slightly from the image shown.
Each of our pieces is crafted with meticulous detail, and most are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
Every piece is individually set in 14K gold with a keen focus on detail and finish. If you prefer a different gold color, such as white or rose, please contact us.
Shipping is free within the US.
Please note any duties imposed by the country shipped to are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate any duties which may be imposed and we do not collect duties at the time of sale. Prices and shipping fees do not cover brokerage fees, import duties, customers, charges, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, or any other fees that may be imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Should the delivery be refused due to high customs fees, duties, taxes, or other restrictions imposed by the destination country, all related costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the package is returned to us due to a refused delivery and you choose not to have it re-shipped, we will not cover the associated fees.
Items purchased on lamusebynataliya.com have a strict return policy. As each piece is carefully crafted to order, products may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Items approved for return must be received as unused, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. We do not refund on "change of mind" purchases. Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and can not be returned. Custom ordered creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at La Muse discretion. Please contact our customer service on info@lamusebynataliya.com within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return. Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer, must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies and processes. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. In case of return or exchange, domestic taxes and shipping fees will not be refunded.
La Muse is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by customs processes, weather conditions, or other factors affecting international shipments.
We are unable to retroactively apply promotional discounts on previously placed orders. Please ensure the desired promotional code has been applied to your order before completing checkout.
La Muse reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice.
If your piece needs repair, please reach out to info@lamusebynataliya.com. Customers are responsible for repair and shipping costs unless the repair is requested within 20 days of purchase due to a product defect.
